The Neurogres™ Cognitive Assessment for Adults is a specialised assessment for businesses and organisations. Over the course of 6 weeks, individuals or teams will undergo a Neurogres™ cognitive assessment to identify strengths, weaknesses, and cognitive blocks. These insights are then used to optimise team dynamics, improve performance, and recommend targeted Neurogres™ cognitive games that address specific blocks, improving overall productivity.
Each assessment includes a full personality profile that identifies the individual’s skills and potential cognitive blocks. With this information, organisations can make better decisions on team pairings, and provide employees with the right tools (games) to enhance cognitive abilities and eliminate barriers to performance.
The programme includes the following assessments:
